retaliation, and discussion regarding what to do about Bin Laden

lightmare recently referred to on retaliation etc. I particularly liked the discussion about how Bush's upcoming decisions could contribute negatively or positively to the development of a feasible international precedent for dealing with terrorism, depending on what he does. I get shudders when I hear quotes about how this is going to be the first world war of the 21st century. I wasn't aware we needed to ring in the new millennium with a new world war, myself.
