kalemachka just posted these links for Nicholas Roerich, a Russian mystic, explorer and painter. His paintings really knocked me out. The way he uses light and colour in his paintings is really incredible. And he does these incredible things with blue that really blow my mind. Especially in Chang-Thang, Himalayas 3, 7, 14, 19, 33. 36, 39, Kanchenjunga, and Sacred Thang La.
