boots, George Bush's resume. It's hilarious. All the more so in light of yesterday's implicit acknowledgement by Bush that they're probably not going to find Saddam's WMD. I can't quite think of a way that this despot (that's Dubya I'm talking about) could be adequately held accountable for his utterly specious motivation for war against Iraq, but since there seems to be a generally happy mood about Saddam having been ousted from power, I think that Dubya will probably ride this one out pretty smoothly, as he has with all the other crazy shit he's done.

The critical bits:
"It's going to take time to find them," Bush said of Iraq's weapons of mass destruction. Speaking before hundreds of cheering workers, an enormous U.S. flag and five tanks with guns pointed skyward, he added: "But we know he had them. And whether he destroyed them, moved them or hid them, we're going to find out the truth."Wait a minute, wasn't the justification for war supposed to be to remove those weapons? Now he's saying it's to "find out the truth." Whatever. He's proven time and time again that he's free to do whatever he wants, whenever he wants. He is, after all, the [unelected] leader of the free world, after all.
