Half-Marathon

iamomGeez, I totally forgot to mention the half-marathon that we completed Sunday. My friend Christian from the UK was visiting and he joined me and my wife for the run. I wasn't thrilled with my completion time, but I did cross the finish line running and I enjoyed the experience overall. I ran 13.1 miles in 2h38m. My goal for the next half-marathon I'll enrol in next spring is to shave that time down to 2h25m. I think that's achievable with better training than I did for this race.
My wife did wonderfully, coming in at 1h56m. Christian did even better, coming in at 1h50m. I'll post some pictures later.
