everybody talks about
how to love yourself
how stay in love
how to find love
how to make love

but love is not an action that you can do

love springs forth naturally
when there is acceptance

love is your very nature
your very essence

and so:
searching for love,
trying to love,
trying to feel loved

all of these take you
farther away from love

but when you
completely accept yourself as you are,
love flows

and when you
completely accept others as they are,
love flows

it flows naturally
without effort
without cause
without reason

it is you

you are

how to love yourself
how stay in love,

but love

Love flows naturally
when there is acceptance.

Love is your very nature
at your essence.

So searching for love,
trying to love,
trying to feel loved,
brings you
further away from love.

It is when you
completely accept yourself
as you are,
that love flows
for yourself.

It is when you
completely accept others
as they are
that love flows
naturally
without effort,
without cause
or reason.

And if you can
accept everything
as it is,
you will see
more hidden levels
where you have not been accepting.

And then you let go
of these judgments and resistance
resting
into deeper and deeper
levels of acceptance.

At some point
in acceptance
you see that
love is what you are.

And to experience
yourself
as love
is a million times
more blissful
than feeling loved.

So exquisite
to sit
silently,
love radiating
from your center

effortlessly,
without cause,
without reason.
