iPod question: how do I shuffle through the tunes in one playlist only?

I have a 2 GB iPod nano with several playlists on it. I'd like to play through certain of those playlists in random order, but I can't find a way to do that. I can shuffle through ALL the tunes on the iPod, but I can't find a way to shuffle through the tunes on one playlist only. Does anyone know how to do that?
