Starting a new journal

iamom(Entry begins with a subject heading: "Yoga Nidra: Preparation", which was written in another ink sometime in the past. A second ink, sometime later but still in the past, writes "ha ha ha ha" underneath previous. Tonight's entry continues underneath last.)

Laughed at the above when thinking about the futility of method as a means to attaining salvation. Might not have made the same joke today, but certainly understand the place from which that was written.
I am not this body. I am not this collection of biomass that takes up the space I take up. I am not even the brain or the intelligence or the mind that governs that space. The thoughts which arise as the result of the causation of action by the Self to therefore exist in the human form on this plane, are not even who I really AM.
How is it that it's easier for me to say what I'm not, instead of what I am? Is that why nonduality splits that difference between what is and what is not?
