Jun. 23rd, 2002 02:40 pmThe stance is easy, with the head, neck and shoulders straight and relaxed. The traps are clearly visible, and connect the neck to the well-rounded shoulders. The arms are well muscled but lean, and the chest is full and strong. The legs are the most massive part, with sculpted quadriceps and calves even at rest. The knees, ankles and feet are well aligned, and the overall posture is extremely natural.
I've heard that it helps to have a clear visual image of what you're striving for. I know that my body ideal is already present within me -- I just need to remove some of the unnecessary material that's currently covering it.
And so the process continues.
