Up, down, up, down... That's the unchanging part of my nature - it's always filled with ups and downs. I started taking an anti-depressant prescribed by B to try and smooth out those hills and valleys, but I don't feel too much of a change.
I think that part of my problem is that I've been getting too deeply absorbed emotionally with what's going on at work right now. I never thoguht I'd be one of those people who lives and dies by what's happening with their job, but I've really been riding an emotional roller-coaster at work lately.
