Oops! I just noticed that I left out most of the rest of the ingredients for that protein shake I made the other day. The full recipe was as follows:

1/2 cup cream
1 cup water
2-3 tbsp whey powder
3 tbsp flax seed meal (that's 12 g of fibre!)
1 tbsp cocoa (heaping if you like chocolate)
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of stevia (easy on the stevia -- it's a really strong sweetener)

The stevia and the vanilla make the chocolate flavour bloom, and the blueberries and flax seed meal make the texture nice and smooth with a subtle, nutty character.
