On last night

I have to admit, it was interesting to observe those emotions boiling up. Instead of chastising myself for having those emotions though, I just let them come up, and then pass. The rage dissipated in minutes. That's fine with me, too. It's only natural to feel anger sometimes; invariably, it drifts away soundlessly enough after I've acknowledged its presence.
