Break the old pattern of present-moment denial and present-moment resistance. Make it your practice to withdraw attention from past and future whenever they are not needed. Step out of the time dimension as much as possible in everyday life.

Oops! I just noticed that I left out most of the rest of the ingredients for that protein shake I made the other day. The full recipe was as follows:

1/2 cup cream
1 cup water
2-3 tbsp whey powder
3 tbsp flax seed meal (that's 12 g of fibre!)
1 tbsp cocoa (heaping if you like chocolate)
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of stevia (easy on the stevia -- it's a really strong sweetener)

The stevia and the vanilla make the chocolate flavour bloom, and the blueberries and flax seed meal make the texture nice and smooth with a subtle, nutty character.
